【デジタルトランスフォーメーション事業本部について】
同社は設立12期目となりますが、DX事業はまだ設立5年目の若い組織です。
中古不動産売却メディア「イエウール： https://www.nuri-kae.jp/ 」や、リフォームTech事業としてリフォームの施工会社紹介サービス「ヌリカエ」、「ナコウド」、さらに新規事業の開発など、複数のサービスを企画・運営しています。
今、日本では中古住宅市場が盛り上がりを見せており、市場規模は約6.6兆円を誇り、さらなる拡大を続けています。

リフォームの施工会社紹介サービスです。2015年12月にサービススタートし、現在は業界での認知も広がり、外壁塗装マッチングにおいてはスタンダードになりつつあります。
・「ナコウド：https://exterior.nakoudo.live/ 」
外壁塗装以外の領域への進出も進めており、2018年11月にはナコウドという他リフォームメニューへの展開もスタートしています。


DX事業本部にて、Webマーケティングを担当していただきます。リフォームTech事業の今後のさらなる事業拡大に向け、その成長の鍵となるWeb集客の課題を解決します。

【ポジションの特徴】
・当初のメインミッションは個人ユーザーの効率的な集客となります。同社サービス「ヌリカエ」や「ナコウド」がさらに成長し、今後リフォーム全般をカバーするサービスにするため、オンラインマーケティングを中心となって行っていただきます。
・今後、さらなる新領域への展開も予定しており、リフォームTech事業におけるマーケティングの重要性は日に日に向上しています。

【具体的な業務】​
1. 戦略立案業務
各施策の運用業務というよりも、戦略立案業務を担当し、最終的な成果責任を担っていただきます。
2. オンラインマーケティング
手法はSEOやWeb広告といったベーシックな方法はもちろんのこと、その他新たな広告手法も積極的に試しながら、日々改善を行います。
3. 施策の考案、改善策の提案　
成果軸で施策を考案し、結果を踏まえて改善策を打ち続けていただきます。その達成にむけた積極的な周囲のサポートもあります。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：400万～700万円
※経験・能力を考慮の上決定します。

昇給：年2回（半期ごと）、交通費全額支給

Job Description

You will be in charge of web marketing at the DXBusiness Division. To further expand the Reform Tech business in thefuture, we will solve the issue of attracting customers that is the key to itsgrowth. 

[Position Features] 
-The initial main mission will be to attract individual usersefficiently. The company’s services “Nurikae” and “Nakudo” will growfurther, and in order to make it a service that covers all renovations in thefuture, it will be centered on online marketing. 
・ Weare planning to expand into new fields in the future, and theimportance of marketing in the Reform Tech business is improving day byday.

2. The online marketing 
method will be improved day by day while actively testing other new advertisingmethods as well as basic methods such as SEO and Web advertising.

Expected annual income: 4 to 7 million yen 
* Determined based on experience and ability. 

Salary increase: Twice a year (every half year), full payment of transportationexpenses.
