Job Description

For professionals such as tax accountants and accounting firms, we provide A-SaaS, a cloud accounting service that streamlines tax, accounting, and salary operations. 

A-SaaS is developed for each service, such as tax, accounting, salary, final tax return, and my number. 

As the development project leader of the new team, you will be responsible for a wide range of projects from project management to member management, development and maintenance. 

[Job Description] 

You will be involved in the expansion of A-SaaS, which is an accounting system for professionals such as tax accountants and accounting firms, and the development of new functions. We aim to stabilize and speed up the existing monolithic system written in Java with Scala in stages. In addition, depending on the situation, you may be responsible for the development work of existing systems developed in Java. 

Immediately after joining the company, you will be able to catch up by participating in existing projects that are already in progress. After that, you will be promoted as a project leader for the new team. 

In addition, depending on your experience, you will be involved in the management MTG related to management policy and work related to the organization creation, such as recruitment.

The project team consists of members with different functions such as planning, development, and QA. 

It incorporates the concept of lean startup and determines the functions to be implemented while conducting hypothesis testing. We also practice agile development techniques using Kanban.

Hiring requirements

・ Web application development experience using Java or Scala 

・ Project management experience 

・ Those who have a strong desire to develop in-house services 

[Welcome requirements] 

・ Development experience using Scala and Play Framework 

・ Ext Front-end development experience using frameworks such as JS and Angular 

・ Experience building and operating development environment using AWS (ECS, Aurora, Lambda, Cloud Search, Cloud formation) 

・ CI (continuous integration), unit testing experience 

・ Those who publish the source code on Github, or who send information on Qiita or blogs 

・ Project management experience 

・ Work experience related to engineer recruitment and evaluation

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

It will be decided according to the salary, experience and achievements of the previous job. 

Incentive (Return a part of the sales amount according to the achievement rate of individual monthly target, compare the achievement rate of each group and pay 10% of the basic salary to the top group), annual salary increase, position allowance, commuting allowance
