Job Description

For professionals such as tax accountants and accounting firms, we provide A-SaaS, a cloud accounting service that streamlines tax, accounting, and salary operations. 

As a Scala engineer for this product, we are looking for someone who can use his experience in development languages ​​such as Java and Scala as the main product development engineer. 

[Job Description] 

Participate in a project to develop a new foundation function of A-SaaS, which is a tax and accounting service for professionals such as tax accountants and accounting firms. In order to keep up with the ever-increasing number of users and data volume, we aim to stabilize and speed up the monolithic system that has been developed in Java by Scala in stages. 

In some cases, we may be in charge of development work for existing systems developed in Java. 

[Development system] 

The function to be implemented is determined by hypothesis testing based on the concept of lean startup. 

The agile development method using Kanban is practiced, and the project team is a team of about 8 people composed of cross-functional members.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

It will be decided according to the salary, experience and achievements of the previous job. 

Incentive (Return a part of the sales amount according to the achievement rate of individual monthly target, compare the achievement rate of each group and pay 10% of the basic salary to the top group), annual salary increase, position allowance, commuting allowance
