⾃社サイトの集客率アップ、保険のオンライン販売に向けた様々な企画・運営を担当します。

Webサイトのアクセス解析データを分析し、アニコムグループのブランド価値向上及び保険契約者数増加のため、Webサイトの改善施策を⽴案・実行
Web広告の運用
Web制作のディレクション
各部に対するディレクションだけではなく自ら手を動かしていただきます。
※総合職採用の為、将来的なジョブローテーションもございます。

「ペット保険」のリーディングカンパニーとして運営する当社の保険契約保有件数は70万件以上で、国内シェアはトップクラスです。

日本のペット保険の普及率は、8.0％と言われており、英国等のペット保険先進国のように30％ほどの普及率まで押し上げるには、デジタルマーケティングでの保険契約獲得が必要です。同社では、2017年からデジタルマーケティングを開始し、社内での重要性は日ごとに増している状況であり、その中で活躍していただける人材を募集しています。

◆リーダー候補　※急募
２～５年程度のＷＥＢマーケティング経験者
目標やミッションを達成するためのWEBマーケティング施策および実行計画の立案ができる。
行動計画に基づいた実行力（自身のタスク管理能力）がある。
社内外のチームメンバーのディレクションができる。
適切なタイミングでの上長への報告や相談ができる。
最新のWEBマーケティング事情にキャッチアップし、業務において活用できる。
※これまでの成果、実際に自分で手が動かせるスキルを重視します。

◆部長クラス
５～１０年程度のＷＥＢマーケティング業務マネジメント経験者。これまでの成果はもちろん、数字に責任をもち、チームを引っ張りつつ役員への報告・説明ができる能力を重視します。

◆担当者クラス
１～５年程度のＷＥＢマーケティング経験者。マネジメント経験は不要ですが、スピード、柔軟性、吸収力を重視します。現時点のスキルは重視しません。

Job Description

◆ Leader candidates

◆ Manager with experience in web marketing business management for about 5 to 10 years. Focus on the ability to report and explain to executives while pulling the team, as well as the results so far. 

◆ Person in charge class 1-5 years of web marketing experience. No management experience is required, but focus on speed, flexibility and absorbency. The current skill is not important.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Transportation expenses up to 50,000 yen per month Bonus provided (on average twice a year for 4 months) * No annual salary system, raise once a year.
