＜募集職種＞
■アカウントプランナー
新築分譲マンションを手掛けている大手ディベロッパーに対し、WEB広告やサイト作成など、WEBに関わる全般の企画・提案を行います。

■WEBディレクター
不動産ディベロッパーに対するインターネット広告・物件サイトの企画・構成・構築・進行管理をお任せ致します。
アカウントプランナーがヒアリングをした案件について、社内で共に企画立案を行います。

■マーケティング
自社で作成したWEBサイトに訪問したユーザーを対象に、最適なコミュニケーションプランについての分析・企画・実行・効果検証を行います。

■事業戦略コンサルタント
社内の知見や技術を活用して、新たなビジネスやサービスを構想していくポジションです。

他にもクリエイティブ・広告運用など、様々なポジションをご用意しております！

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
月給：27.5万円〜（残業手当含む）※経験・能力に応じて同社規定により優遇
昇給年2回、賞与年2回
研修・試用期間：3ヶ月（給与は本採用時と同額）

年収例 入社1.5年目/29歳/430万円、入社4年目課長/33歳/550万円

<Recruitment Jobs> 

■ Account planners 

General planning and proposals related to the WEB, such as WEB advertising and site creation, for major developers working on newly built condominiums. 

■ WEB Director 

I will leave the planning, composition, construction and progress management of internet advertisements and property sites to real estate developers. 

We will plan together with the account planner for the interviewed matter. 

■ Marketing 

Analyzes, plans, executes, and verifies effectiveness of optimal communication plans for users who visit websites created by the company. 

■ Business Strategy Consultant In 

this position, we will use our in-house knowledge and technology to envision new businesses and services. 

We also have various positions such as creative / advertising operations! 

* We will deepen mutual understanding through interviews and adjust positions after considering experience and career.

Hiring requirements

■ Required conditions: 

・ Willing to reexamine your career

・ Corporate sales experience

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Monthly salary: 275,000 yen (including overtime pay) ※ preferential treatment by the company defined according to experience and ability 

– salary increase twice a year, bonuses twice a year 

– training and trial period: 3 months (salary this adopted at the time and the same amount) 

– annual income example Joined 1.5 years / 29 years old / 4.3 million yen, 4th year manager / 33 years old / 5.5 million yen
