This is consulting business for Japan’s largest real estate / housing information site “LIFULL HOME’S”. Proposals for real estate information promotion using “LIFULL HOME’S” will be made to real estate companies that are customers.

In addition, it is also possible to engage in service development by feeding back opinions and requests from clients to services and sites.

Hiring requirements

[Required] 

Those who satisfy all of the following : 

Corporate sales experience including existing sales experience 2 years or more 

・ Basic operation level of Windows, Microsoft Office, etc. 

・ Persons who can be transferred (working location: Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka) 

・ Normal automobiles License qualification 

[Allow] 

・ Experience and knowledge in real estate, IT, construction industry 

・ Proposal-type corporate sales experience (advertising and consulting experience is preferable) 

・ Experience sales agency development regardless of industry

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

[Breakdown of monthly salary] 

– Monthly salary: 283,500 yen to 349,300 yen 

– Basic salary: 216,600 yen to 266,900 yen 

– Fixed overtime fee: 66,900 yen to 82,400 yen 

* Determined according to company regulations after considering experience and ability. 

* Estimated annual income is the actual amount including the latest bonus, not the guaranteed amount. 

* Fixed overtime is paid as an extra overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours per month. The time allowance for over 40 hours is paid separately. 

– Twice a year (April, October * based on company regulations), bonus twice a year (July, December * depending on business performance), full payment of transportation expenses
