Job Description

We will be entrusted with system development work to evolve our own services (doda, an, etc.) that support the company’s business. 

We are planning to improve the high-speed and high-tech web service by coordinating the development team with in-house production and external partners. 

In the medium-to-long term, we are also planning to develop in-house and fully develop our services. 

[Concrete work] 

1. Overall system development, requirement definition (method design, etc.), a series of work from design to release 

2. Design review of development members & review of various deliverables such as source code 

3. System architecture improvement activities 4.Development process improvement, manual work is abolished, automation is promoted, development standardization is promoted

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.8 million yen to 6.9 million yen 

* The above annual income is an amount assuming an overtime allowance of 40 hours. 

Monthly salary: 246,000 yen to 350,000 yen 

Raise and promotion: Scheduled twice a year, bonus payment: Twice a year (June and December)
