【配属部署】
株式会社ディーバへの出向となります。
※社員は全員持株会社（親会社アバント）に在籍をして、グループ事業会社へ出向する形態を取っています。

グループ経営をする大手企業様の経理財務部門や経営企画の方々が持つ経営課題と向き合い、ソフトウェアや各種サービスを通じて経営課題を解決していただきます。

■具体的な業務■
(1)自社開発システムの導入支援
　企業の課題と向き合い自社プロダクトをメインとした
　ソリューション提案～コンサルティング及びシステム実装支援までを担います。

(2)導入後の活用を支援する運用支援
　運用後のサポート(既存顧客全てがターゲット)及びビックデータの分析～課題発見、
　新たなサービス開発等、お客様へより深い提案を実施。
　※配属先はご意向と適正、入社後の事業部面談等を通じて総合的に判断されます。

■入社後の流れ■
　初めて学習することを前提として最低3ヶ月、IT(自社プロダクト理解含む)・会計の座学を
　中心に、経営方針や弊社の価値観・事業部理解を目的とした研修があります。
　既に学習している分野がある方は、より高度なカリキュラムをご用意しています。
　研修後は、OJTという形で立ち上がりを支援しています。
　（これまで約50名の方が未経験でご入社されています。）

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：400万円～ ※経験を踏まえて優遇します。
月給：202,691円～（30時間分のみなし残業手当47,309円を含む）

昇給年1回（7月）、賞与年2回（6月・12月）、通勤手当（非課税限度額範囲内で支給※15万円/月）

【福利厚生】

Job Description

You will be faced with the management issues of accounting and finance departments and management planners of major companies that manage the group, and will solve the management issues through software and various services. 

■ Specific operations ■ 

(1) Supporting the introduction of self-developed systems Facing the challenges of companies, from solution proposals that focus on in- house products to consulting and system implementation support. 

(2) Operation support to support utilization after introduction 　Implementing deeper proposals to customers such as post-operation support (all existing customers are targeted) and analysis of big data-finding issues and developing new services. 

* Assignees will be judged comprehensively through intentions and appropriateness, interviews with business divisions after joining the company, etc. 

■ Flow after joining the company ■ At least 3 months on the premise of learning for the first time, focusing on IT (including understanding of in-house products) and accounting, training for the purpose of understanding management policies and our values and business divisions There is If you already have a field of study, we offer a more advanced curriculum. After the training, we support the start-up in the form of OJT. (Approximately 50 people have joined the company inexperienced so far.)

■ Skills and experience to acquire ■ 

・ The ability to solve essential and difficult management issues of the CFO (future executive candidate) of the parent company that manages the group that can solve essential issues.

・You can acquire the ability to think logically and make proposals strategically, rather than a personalized proposal style that increases your ability to think. 

・ There is no free route for career development. The best part is that you can embody the experience that you have cultivated in the field, not just in the division after the assignment .
