アシスタントスーパーバイザー（Match）

世界最大級のマッチングサービス「Match」のアシスタントスーパーバイザーとして、ユーザーからの問合せ対応や投稿審査を行うチームの、組織・文化の構築、業務改善を担っていただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. CS向上を目的とした問合せ業務、および投稿審査業務の最適化
2. チームスタッフのマネジメント
3. 英語でのレポート業務・電話会議対応

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. カスタマーサポートでの、リーダーやスーパーバイザー、マネジメント経験
2. 英語での実務経験（日常会話レベル）
3. メールでのカスタマーサポート経験
4. Web/アプリサービスのカスタマーサポート経験

【尚可】
1. 日常的にスマートフォンを使用して、何らかのアプリを愛用している方
2. VOC（Voice Of Customer：顧客の声）を基にしたサービスのローカライズ設計の経験
3. 徹底的な顧客視点を持つ方

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
昇給/賞与：昇給タイミングは契約更新時のタイミングになるので半年-1年／賞与はなし

Job Description

As an assistant supervisor of the world’s largest matching service “Match”, you will be responsible for building the organization and culture of the team that responds to inquiries from users and reviews submissions, and improves operations.

1. inquiry business for the purpose of CS improvement, and optimization of the submission and review business 

2. Management of the team staff report business and telephone conference correspondence

Hiring requirements

[Required Requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Customer support leaders, supervisors, management experience 

2. Practical experience in English (daily conversation level) 

3. Email customer support experience 

4. Web / app service customer support experience 

[Possible] 

1. Those who use smartphones regularly, using smartphones 

2. Experience in localizing services based on VOC (Voice Of Customer) 

3. Thorough Those with a customer perspective

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Raise / Bonus: The salary increases at the time of contract renewal, so half a year – 1 year / no bonus
