BIコンサルタント（スペシャリスト）

クライアント企業様のビジネス課題を汲み取り、最適な改善策へと導くコンサルティング業務をお任せします。

「コンサルタント（プロジェクトマネージャー）」ポジションは、
お客様の業界や市場の背景や企業固有の課題・目指してゆく姿などを、これまでのプロジェクト経験やヒアリングによって把握し、目的に沿ってあるべき解決方法を提案する業務です。

プロジェクトの進行にあたっては、各企業のステークホルダーと意見を取りまとめ、ファシリテートしながらゴールを目指すことを求められます。

・営業支援システム「eセールスマネージャーRemix Cloud」の開発・販売
・課題を解決するためにどのようにシステムを使うかを顧客と一緒に設計する「導入支援コンサルティングサービス」の提供

Job Description

We will take care of the client company’s business issues and leave the consulting work leading to the optimal improvement measures. 

We sell and provide CRM / SFA “e-Sales Manager”, an in-house developed product, and we have a track record of supporting more than 7,000 companies. 

The “consultant (project manager)” position understands the background of the customer’s industry and market, company-specific issues, and how they are aiming, based on past project experience and interviews, and finds solutions that should be in line with the purpose. Proposal work. 

As the project progresses, it is required to gather opinions with the stakeholders of each company and aim for the goal while facilitating. Our client companies can be of any industry and size. 

The most attractive point of our consultant is that we can meet with managers and department managers directly, and ask and propose needs directly.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

・ Experience in implementing requirements definition and basic design as a leader in BI / DWH system construction project 

・ Understanding of business / business, analysis and proposal
