【ポジション】
ビルメンテナンス 【フジサンケイグループ、年間休日120日、完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)、大型案件多数】

オフィス、ホテル、工場、学校、マンション、ビル等の大型案件を中心に
設備管理業務全般をお任せ致します。

＜主な業務内容＞
・建物機械設備の維持管理・運転業務、修繕修理
・電気・空調・防災設備などの保守点検の管理
・修繕時の施工業者手配、立会い
・オーナーやテナント対応

保守・修理の管理や見積もり・手配、オーナーや協力業者との交渉等
様々な案件に対応することで幅広く学びながらノウハウを習得して頂きます。

Job Description

We will entrust you with all the equipment management work , especially for large projects such as offices, hotels, factories, schools, condominiums, and buildings . 

<Main business contents> 

Buildings, machinery and equipment maintenance and operation business, repair repair, electrical, air conditioning and disaster prevention facilities management of maintenance and inspection, such as the time and repair contractor arrangements, attending owners and tenants corresponding.

You will acquire know-how while learning a wide range by dealing with various projects such as management, quotations and arrangements, negotiations with owners and cooperating companies . I hope that you will gain experience and steadily improve your skills and eventually become a manager.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory] 

Experience in building equipment management. 

[WANT] 

If you have the following qualifications, you can make use of them. 

・ Type 3 Chief Electrical Engineer, Electrician, Dangerous Goods Handling Class B. 

・ Electric construction work management engineer. 

・ Pipe construction work management engineer.
