Job Description

Responsible for the design and operation of the company’s personnel system.

Hiring requirements

1. Business level English (TOEIC 730 or higher) 

2. Persons who can be transferred in Japan and abroad

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

* Determined based on experience, skills and previous salary. 

* Scheduled annual salary, monthly salary, basic salary, fixed overtime, etc. are just a guideline amount and may go up and down through selection. 

* For managers, the annual salary system (above 7.8 million yen) is required. 

Monthly salary, annual salary increase (April), bonus year twice (July / December), commuting allowance (full payment) 

 30 years old: about 6.16 million yen 

35 years old: about 7.55 million yen 

* Spouse Including wage allowance, dependent allowance, housing allowance

 * The wage within the standard includes overtime allowance for 18 to 21 hours per month regardless of whether overtime work or not (extra portion is additionally paid)
