1. 組み立て設備のプロセス設計や設備立ち上げ業務経験（機械系技術者はCADでの図面作成および設計経験、電気系技術者はPLCプログラム作成・修正経験）
2. 海外の会社や工場に赴任したり、指導した経験
3. 自動車業界の業務経験
4. 英語力（TOEICスコア400点レベル以上が望ましい）【待遇条件・昇給賞与】想定年収：420万円～
月給：220,000円～
基本給：182,600円～
※月給には月20時間分の固定残業手当37,400円～（年収420万円の場合）を含む（超過分は追加で支給）
