語学学習プラットフォーム「Wiz Heart」を用いた、法人向けソリューション提案営業を行っていただきます。

グローバル展開に向けた全従業員向けの英語力強化、語学学習文化醸成、
外国籍社員の新卒向けトレーニングなど、顧客の課題に応じて
英語学習プログラム「Wiz Heart」の導入提案を行います。

3. 営業手法・プロセスについて
セミナーや顧問紹介、Webマーケティングなどで獲得したリードへの新規提案が中心です。
ご入社後の成果によって、ゆくゆくは中核パートナーとの戦略提携や、
企業役員などの対応も担当いただく予定です。

英語・中国語・日本語において、述べ3万人以上の語学習得を実現してきた、Learning Science Companyです。
受講者の学習を科学的・体系的にデザインすることで着実に成果が上がるプログラムを提供しています。

1. 主力製品・サービス
1）完走実現プログラム「Wiz Heart」
英語コンテンツを最後までやり抜くことを目的にした英語学習プログラム。
3万人以上の学習履歴を元に、受講者がやり抜く成功パターンをデータベース化、
個々人の進捗状況に応じて効果的なタイミングでサポートを実施することで
受講完了率90%以上を実現しています。

2）中国語学習システム「超速中国語」
ゼロ～中上級レベル（中検3級・新HSK4級程度）に至るまでの学習をサポートする
トレーニングシステム。特に初めて中国語を学習する人の発音基礎教育において
最大の効果を発揮し、最終的には一人で出張、 旅行に行けるレベルから
ビジネスシーンで困らないレベルの中国語を習得できます。

3）外国籍社員向け「日本語学習教育プログラム」
海外本社で働く外国籍社員を対象に、現地日本語学校と連携して行う
日本語教育プログラム。国内外の日本企業で働く外国籍社員の日本語力を
サポートし、初期教育のeラーニングからビジネスライティング、
国内外場所を選ばないオンラインレッスン、対面レッスン、商習慣の違いなど
文化面の講座も提供しています。

4）人材グローバル化支援
新卒・若手を対象とした異文化理解プログラムから、
海外への赴任者を対象とした赴任前、赴任後プログラムまで、
ニーズに応じて最適なプログラムを提供しています。
1回1日（8時間）の内容から、海外にて実施する1シリーズあたり3～4回の内容、
異文化コミュニケーションの基礎から、中国、アメリカなどの国別セミナー、
異文化マネジメント（コンフリクトマネジメント）など豊富なラインナップが特徴です。

1. 無形商材のソリューション営業経験3年以上
2. TOEIC 700点以上の英語力

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
フレックスタイム制あり（標準労働時間8時間／コアタイム 12：00～15：00）

Job Description

We will conduct solution proposal sales for corporations using the language learning platform “Wiz Heart”. 

[Introduction example]

1. Customer HR / Education staff mainly from large and medium-sized companies such as manufacturers, finance, retail, IT, construction, etc. 

 2. About products We will propose the introduction of the English language learning program “Wiz Heart” according to customer issues such as strengthening English skills for all employees for global development, fostering a language learning culture, and training for new graduates of foreign employees . 3. Focus on new proposals for leads acquired through seminars, advisor introductions, web marketing, etc. regarding sales methods and processes . Depending on the results after joining the company, we will eventually be responsible for strategic alliances with core partners and corporate officers.

Hiring requirements

1. More than 3 years of sales experience in solutions for intangible products 

2. TOEIC 700+ English skills
