設計技術者【中堅技術者（主任から課長補佐級）】

【配属部署】
役職：主任から課長補佐級
年齢：25歳から40歳
職務：設計業務の担当技術者（業務担当責任者）

下記に示す業務を1部門以上、担当できる方
・砂防・地すべり・砂防地すべり急傾斜の調査、計画・設計
・既設構造物に対する補修・強計等関わ調査・計画・設計・施工管理および運用計画
・農業土木（かんがい排水、ほ場整備、ため池計画・設計、改修計画等）

【事業内容】
は、山口県を中心にさまざまな建設プロジェクトの企画立案・調査・設計施工管理等の技術的サービスを提供。各種建設プロジェクトの重要な役割を担う活動を行っている建設コンサルタントです。
当社は大きく４つの分野で組織されており、以下の業務を行っております。

[設計課]
道路設計／都市計画設計／河川・砂防設計／急傾斜崩壊・地すべり防止対策設計／ 農業土木設計／上下水道設計／公園設計／橋梁等構造物設計

[地質調査課]
土質・地質調査／地盤・構造物基礎に関する調査／地すべり調査・解析／土砂災害警戒区域等に係る基礎調査／長寿命化工事に伴う橋梁点検／物理探査／物理検層／ボーリング調査／室内土質試験／各種原位置試験

[測量課]
道路路線測量／河川測量／地形測量／港湾測量／深浅測量／用地測量／ＧＰＳ測量／基準点測量／ 水準測量／確定測量／建物等補償調査／交通量調査

[環境課]
水文・海洋調査／水質・土壌などの環境調査／騒音・振動測定解析／動植物種の生態系調査／ 環境影響評価／自然再生事業／ビオトープ計画/環境教育

業務を行うにあたり資格が必要となってきますが、当社は資格取得支援を行っております。
受験費用、旅費交通費は合格時にお支払いします。

【募集背景】
多様化した業務の対応や増員による業務の効率化を背景に、将来、管理職を希望する設計技術者を募集します。
また、情報化技術に対応した業務の構築を行います。

技術士（補）（建設部門、応用理学部門、農業部門）RCCM、１級土木施工管理士等の資格を1つ以上所有の方で、業務管理及び部下の指導ができる方
（国土交通省の業務を経験され、テクリス登録されている方は優遇します）
CADソフトを使用できること。

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
役職手当：主任5千円、係長1万円、課長補佐3万円
資格手当：7万円を上限として支払います。
家族手当：配偶者1万円、子ども3千円
交通費：通勤距離により就業規則に定めております。
昇給：年1回（人事考課による査定により決定）
賞与：年2回（夏季、年末）会社の業績に応じて支給する。業績不振の場合は支払わない。

Job Description

– CAD software can be used.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

– Position allowance: 5,000 yen for chief, 10,000 yen for chief, assistant 30,000 yen for section manager 

– Qualification allowance: Pay up to 70,000 yen. 

– Family allowance: 10,000 yen for spouses, 3,000 yen for children 

– Transportation expenses: Defined in work rules according to commuting distance. 

– Salary increase: Once a year (determined by assessment by personnel evaluation) 

– Bonus: Twice a year (summer, year-end) Depending on company performance. No payment will be made in case of poor performance.
