【配属部署】
東京・大阪・名古屋合計で240名

国内における大規模な建設プロジェクトの設備設計（電気・空調衛生）をお願いします。

【具体的には】
プロジェクトごとに、 複数名から構成されたチームの一員として
設備設計を担当していただきます。

■主な業務内容
・設計図書の作成
・関連部署やクライアントとの打ち合わせ
・施工現場での指示出しや進捗確認

■担当プロジェクト例
・オフィスビル
・ホテル
・商業施設
・空港
・研究所
・病院

※それぞれの希望や得意分野を考慮した上で担当プロジェクトを決めます。

これらに関連する調査・ 企画コンサルタント業務

・電気設備設計もしくは空調衛生設備設計業務のご経験がある方
・電気設備施工管理のご経験がある方

Job Description

Would you like to build the best career as a facility designer at the company? Please design equipment (electricity / air-conditioning hygiene) for large-scale construction projects in Japan. 

[Specifically] For each project, you will be responsible for equipment design as a member of a team of multiple people . 

■ Main business contents 

・ Design book creation 

・ Meeting with related departments and clients 

・ Instructions and progress confirmation at construction sites 

■ Examples of projects in charge 

・ Office buildings , hotels , commercial facilities , airports , research institutes , hospitals 

* Decide your project in consideration of your wishes and specialties.

Hiring requirements

・ Those who have experience in electrical equipment design or air-conditioning sanitary equipment design work 

・Those who have experience in electrical equipment construction management

Qualified personnel, such as first-class equipment design architects, construction equipment engineers, engineers, etc. are welcomed.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Salary increase once a year Bonus twice a year (paid based on company performance).
