Job Description
In addition to equipment management, cleaning, and inspection, member management can be entrusted as candidates for equipment maintenance at commercial facilities .

Hiring requirements

Treatment conditions / sales bonus
<About working hours>
Working hours are shifted.
・ 9:00 to 18:00 ・ 12:00 to 21:00
* Shifting is based on hope. Based on the work schedule, it will be decided around the 20th-25th of the previous month.
<Bonus for salary increase>
Once a year for salary increase / August for bonus year February / June, December
<Support for qualification acquisition>
・ Technical qualification allowance , qualification full-time allowance , chief electrical engineer / Type 1: 20,000 yen per month, 2nd Species: 15,000 yen / month, 3rd class: 10,000 yen / month , Electrician / First class: 6000 yen / month, 2nd class: 4000 yen / month , boiler engineer / special grade: 15,000 yen / month, 1st class : 6000 yen per month, 2nd class: 4000 yen per month , buildingenvironmental health management engineer / 8000 yen per month , fire equipment inspection qualified person (1 type, 2 types) / 2000 yen per month, etc.
