Treatment conditions / sales bonus
Annual income range: 405 to 6.75 million yen

Monthly salary: 450,000 yen, Scheduled salary: 334,020 yen, Non-fixed time allowance: 115,980 yen (45 hours equivalent, paid separately when overdue)
