Job Description

■ Development and execution of personnel strategy roadmap according to work content and management issues, continuous improvement. 

・Redesign and operation of personnel system and evaluation system. 

・Redesign and operation of education system. 

・Upgrading personnel members. 

・Design and structure of company-wide vision penetration measures.

 

■ Applicable qualifications 

Persons who have any of the following experience: 

・Experience in management of HR department or experience in HR consulting industry at fast-growing companies or mega ventures.

■ Welcome skills 

・For those who can promote the plan while involving the surroundings, those who can demonstrate communication and leadership from a company-wide perspective, tackle new challenges with a positive attitude. 

・Discover the issues themselves, communicate and work flow Who can continuously improve.

1.設立について
ネオキャリアの社内ベンチャーとして、20代のメンバー2名でサービスを立ち上げたのが創業のきっかけです。
名だたるIT企業の本業とも言えるこのWebテクノロジー領域で、「日本でしか作れないモノ」を作り世界に発信していく事で、

2.同社の社風について
ネオキャリアの社内ベンチャーから始まった同社ですが、中途入社した方も多く、かつ社内平均年齢も28歳ということもあり、非常にフラットです。

ネオキャリアグループの保有する大量の人材データベースを活用した最適配信が可能です。
※DSP：Web広告において、「誰に、どの広告を配信するか」を管理するツール。

・Sphere R
Web広告の運用によりターゲット人材の集客を行う、採用集客に特化したソリューションサービス。
求人メディア「DODA」と業務提携をしています。

・Sphere Infeed
女性向けメディアを中心としたインフィード広告システム。
※インフィード広告：Webサイトやアプリのコンテンツとコンテンツの間に表示される広告のこと。
SNS、キュレーションメディア、ニュースアプリなどでよく利用されています。

・DSPシステムのOEM提供

2）オフライン事業
・Sphere Paper
Web広告の配信データや地方自治体の持つ公的情報を紙広告媒体と掛け合わせ
エリアマーケティングを行うサービス。ぐるなび社・読売IS社・楽天社と協業中です。

いつでも役立つ情報に触れることのできる【interactiveO2O】の世界観を目指し、朝起きてから寝るまでのライフスタイルに
密着した広告配信の手法を開発していきます。

2. 収益モデル
CPM（インプレッション1,000回あたりの料金）課金やCPC課金（クリック保証型課金）など
