Job Description

I am in charge of recruiting and educating employees in Vantan, which has an education business specializing in the creative field. 

Specific work contents: 

[New graduate recruitment] 

・ Planning recruitment plans. 

・ Population formation (in-house site, Mynavi, etc.)

・ Planning and operation of company briefing sessions. 

・ Applicant management. 

・ Each screening (interview attendance, aptitude test, etc.) 

・ Follow-up followers (candidates’ events and formulas.) 

・ Planning and operation of new graduate introduction training. 

[Mid-career recruitment]

・ Each agent support (pass / fail notification, schedule adjustment, etc.) 

・ Applicant management (recruitment management system “Job Can”.)

• Careers vote creation, job request (agent, our own site, in some cases, other media) , each selection corresponding (interview attendant, aptitude tests, etc.) and follow-up of up to joining (the required documents sent, he joined the first day of orientation, etc.) 

[Employees Education]

・Planning and management of training contents for new graduates / mid-career employees. 

・ Management of e-learning training. 

[Others]

・ Continue employment support for people with disabilities. 

・ Planning and management of company-wide events, etc.

Hiring requirements

■ Required conditions: 

・ Those who have experience of working for 3 years or more. 

・Persons who can operate Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

・Those who have experience in  recruitment or education. 

・Those who are engaged in human resources business.

■ Welcome conditions: 

・Those who have experience in the creative industry (fashion, beauty, design, food, games, etc.) 

・ Those who have knowledge about employment of people with disabilities.
