【ポジション】
輸配送オペレーション担当

輸配送オペレーション担当として、主に以下4つの組織のいずれかの業務を担当していただきます。戦略や企画、オペレーション構築と運営、カスタマーサポート機能の拡充、内部の数値管理など経験を踏まえてポジションを検討します。

【具体的な業務】​
〈ファーストワンマイルグループ〉
1. 出店店舗や外部荷主への集荷のオペレーション設計および実行
2. 集荷ダイヤの起案と実行
幹線輸送グループとラストワンマイルグループの主要メンバーと調整し、集荷ダイヤの起案と実行を行います。
3. 問題点の解決、改善策の立案・実行
配送業者をファシリテートして日々発生する問題点を解決し、ならびに根本的な改善策を立案・実行します。
4. システムの導入・要件整理
顧客への集荷を遅滞なく実施するためのシステム導入や、設定変更と改修の要件整理を行います。

〈幹線輸送のオペレーション〉
1. 運行設計・実行
日本全国（メインは東名阪地区）の、DC→TC、TC→TC、TC→デポ（小型の配送拠点）間の運行設計および実行を行います。
※DC：ディストリビューションセンター、TC：トランスファーセンター
2. TCの立ち上げにおける入出庫および仕分導線の設計
3. マテリアル・ハンドリング（機械による運搬や荷役作業）導入における要件定義
4. 問題点の解決、改善策の立案・実行
配送業者をファシリテートして日々発生する問題点を解決し、ならびに根本的な改善策を立案・実行します。
5. 幹線運用ダイヤの起案と実行
ファーストマイルとラストワンマイルグループの主要メンバーと調整し、幹線運用ダイヤの起案と実行を行います。
6. システムの導入・設定変更と改修の要件整理
幹線運輸を遅滞なく実施するためのシステムの導入・設定変更と改修の要件整理を行います。

〈ラストワンマイルのオペレーション〉
1. プロセス設計と実行
「Rakuten EXPRESS」の拡大に伴い、スピーディにデポを立ち上げるためのプロセス設計と実行を行います。
2. 配送拠点の日々のゴールが達成されるための鍵となる指標の管理
3. 問題点の解決、改善策の立案・実行
配送業者およびチームメンバーをファシリテートして、日々発生する問題点を解決し、ならびに根本的な改善策を立案・実行します。
4. ファーストマイル・トランクライングループの運行設計サポート（エンドユーザー視点から）
5. システム導入・改修の要件整理
顧客への配送を遅滞なく、トレーサビリティ（追跡可能性）よく、かつプレッシャーなく受け取れるためのシステム導入および改修の要件整理を行います。

〈品質管理およびパートナーサポートグループ〉
1. 「Rakuten EXPRESS」における各プロセスのKPIの設計、集計およびモニタリング、分析
2. 問い合わせ・クレーム対応
荷主、エンドユーザーからの問い合わせやクレームを対応し、各オペレーショングループと協力して根本的な改善策を立案・実行します。
3. 「Rakuten EXPRESS」の安全衛生規制の作成および実行
4. 各配送拠点の先進事例の仕組み化と横展開の実施
5. 請求金額の精査・処理
各配送業者や荷主との請求金額の精査、および処理を経理と連携しながら行います。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. ビジネスレベルのOAスキル（メール、Excelなど）
2. 円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、複数タスクを効率的に調整・推進する能力
3.ロジスティクス分野での実務経験やコンサルティング経験
もしくは
ロジスティクスと関連ある顧客サービス部門や経理・管理部門での経験

【歓迎要件】
1.パフォーマンス指標およびプロセス設計・改善経験
2.マネジメント経験（3～4名 ※勤怠・パフォーマンスマネジメント・ワークフロー管理を含む)

想定年収：500万～1000万円程度

Job Description

You will be responsible for any of the following four organizations as the transportation and delivery operations manager. We will consider positions based on experience such as strategy and planning, operation construction and management, expansion of customer support functions, internal numerical management. 

[Specific business] 

<first-one-mile group> 

1. opening stores and operations design and execution of the collection to an external shipper 

drafting and execution 

 2. collection diamond in coordination with the key members of the trunk transport group and the last one mile group, collection Propose and execute a diamond. 

3. Resolve problems, plan and implement improvement measures 

Facilitate shipping companies to solve problems that occur daily, and plan and execute fundamental improvements. 

4. System introduction / requirement arrangement

We will introduce a system to carry out collection to customers without delay, and arrange requirements for setting changes and repairs. 

<Operation of trunk line transportation> 

1. Operation design and execution Operation design and execution between DC → TC, TC → TC, and TC → Depot (small delivery base) throughout Japan (mainly in the Tomeihan area). 

* DC: Distribution Center, TC: Transfer Center 

2. Entry / Exit and Design of Sorting Conductor for TC Startup 

3. Definition of Requirements for Introducing Material Handling (Transportation and Handling by Machines) 

4. Solution and Improvement of Problems Planning and implementation of measures Facilitating delivery companies to solve problems that occur every day, and planning and executing fundamental improvement measures.

5. Drafting and execution of main line operation diagram Coordinating with major members of the First Mile and Last One Mile Group, the main line operation diagram will be drafted and executed. 

6. Arrangement of system installation / setting changes and refurbishment requirements We will rearrange the requirements for system introduction / setting changes and refurbishment in order to carry out arterial transportation without delay. 

<Last One Mile Operation> 

1. Process Design and Execution 

With the expansion of “Rakuten EXPRESS”, we will design and execute processes to quickly launch a depot. 

2. Management of key indicators for achieving the daily goals of the delivery base 

3. Solution of problems, planning and implementation of improvement measures 

Facilitating delivery companies and team members to identify problems that occur daily Solve and draft and implement fundamental improvements. 

4. First Mile / Trunk Line Group operation design support (from the end user’s perspective) 

5. System introduction / repair requirements organization A system for receiving delivery to customers without delay, good traceability and no pressure Organize requirements for introduction and renovation. 

<Quality Control and Partner Support Group> 

1. Design, aggregation, monitoring, and analysis of KPI for each process in “Rakuten EXPRESS” 

2. Inquiries and complaints from responders 

and end users Collaborate to draft and implement fundamental improvements. 

3. Creation and execution of safety and health regulations for “Rakuten EXPRESS” 

4. Systematization of advanced cases at each delivery base and implementation of horizontal development 

5. Review and processing of billing amount And work in conjunction with accounting.

Hiring requirements

3. Practical experience in logistics field Consulting experience or experience in customer service department or accounting / management department related to logistics

Estimated annual income: 5 to 10 million yen
