【ポジション】
【未経験歓迎】コントラクトMR（2019年10月入社）

【配属部署】
配属プロジェクト先は入社後に決定します。

コントラクトMRとして製薬メーカーのプロジェクトを担当し、MR活動に従事していただきます。

【具体的な業務】
医療機関を訪問し、医師や薬剤師に対して医薬品の情報を提供します。
主に、病院や診療所で医師の処方箋によって使用される「医療用医薬品」を扱います。

＜1日の仕事の流れ＞
朝：医薬品卸への訪問、ターゲットや競合情報のリサーチ
午前：内勤（訪問準備など）
午後：訪問、医療従事者向けの製品説明会（病院・クリニック・薬局などで行います）
※主に、医療機関のランチタイム（午前の外来終了時・午後の開始前）や、午後の外来終了時は訪問のゴールデンタイムです。医薬品卸の方と情報交換しながらランチをすることもあります。
※基本的には直行直帰型の営業スタイルですが、慣れるまでは営業所に寄っていただきます。

【入社後のキャリアアップ】
・入社後3ヶ月間は導入研修として、MR研修テキストの科目を中心に専任講師による研修で医療・薬学分野の幅広い知識を学びます。
プロジェクトへ配属後にも、実際に扱う製品の研修を1ヶ月間行い、現場で必要な知識のフォローアップを受けることができます。また、現場に出てからはプロジェクトマネージャー実務や知識面だけでなく、配属先での生活も含めて、相談に乗ってもらいながら着実にMRとしてのキャリアを積んでいくことができます。

医薬品などの開発プロセスにおいて主に臨床試験（治験）を製薬企業から受託し、医薬品開発を支援すること。

【必須要件】
以下全てを満たす方
1. 営業職としてのご経験を2年以上お持ちの方（業界不問）
2. 全国転勤可能な方
3. 直近の離職期間3か月以内
4. 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方（運転できる方）

400万円～500万円（残業手当：無）

310,000円～350,000円（以下一律手当を含む）
基本給：200,000円～220,000円
その他定額手当：30,000円～30,000円

※固定残業手当は月40時間該当分、70,000円（年収400万円の場合）～80,000円（年収500万円の場合）を支給
