Infrastructure engineer (service operation)

Job Description

Maintain, monitor, and respond to troubles that are being offered 365 to 24 hours,

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as building pre-service and providing optional services.

It is the job of a server engineer (service operation).

In addition to server construction and operation of Japan’s top-class infrastructure services,

You will be involved in a wide range of business such as development, business design and creation of operational documents.

Depending on your skills and thoughts, you are relatively tolerant of introducing new technologies and tools.

You can experience various jobs.

In charge: Sakura cloud, Sakura dedicated server, Sakura VPS, Sakura rental server,

Housing service etc.

【In particular】

・ Preparation before service provision and construction of operation flow

・ Operational design accompanying the transfer of business from the development department

・ Operation improvement and development of operation tools

・ Troubleshooting work (defect investigation, trouble handling in service operation, etc.)

・ Inquiries by phone and email

Payroll details

[Basic salary (Monthly) lower limit] 207,000 yen [Basic salary (Monthly) upper limit] 375,000 yen [Fixed overtime salary (Monthly) lower limit] 32,300 yen [Fixed overtime salary (Monthly) upper limit] 58,500 yen

[Other fixed allowance (Monthly) Lower limit] 25,000 yen (commuting allowance / housing subsidy) [Other fixed allowance (Monthly) upper limit] 25,000 yen (commuting allowance / housing subsidy)

* The above estimated annual income includes housing subsidy and commuting allowance (total 25,000 yen) ), Bonuses and deemed overtime allowance (20 hours, extra payable separately). The salary details will be determined according to the rules after considering skills and experience.

[Salary revision] Twice a year 

The salary is determined by an assessment by the Company’s affairs system.

Working hours

■ 3 shifts shift system

* Modified working hours system in units of 1 month (4 shifts, 2 days off / 1 hour actual work within 8 hours per week) 1st 7: 00-16: 00 (break time 10: 00-11) : 00)

2nd 14: 00-23: 00 (break time 18: 00-19: 00)

3rd 22: 30-7: 30 (break time 2: 00-3: 00)

(Break time 0: 00 ~ 1: 00, 4: 00 ~ 4: 30, 7: 00 ~ 8: 00)
