今後この成長をより加速させていくためには、より高いシステムパフォーマンスや安定性を追求し、インフラを強化していくことが最優先ミッションと考えております。そのため今回募集するポジションでは、AWSをはじめとしたクラウド環境の構築や様々なインフラサービスの選定、負荷分散、冗長構成構築等の一連の業務をリードいただけるインフラスペシャリストを募集しております。
もちろん、ご自身のキャリアプラン次第では将来的にマネジメントの役割を担っていただくことも可能ですし、自部門のみならず、インフラエンジニアの見地から開発メンバーへの提案なども積極的に行い、より良いソフトウェア開発に向け、能動的に取り組んでいただくことも可能です。

・AWS等を利用した最適なクラウド環境の技術調査、選定、設計、構築
・運用や監視の最適化

・課題を解決するためにどのようにシステムを使うかを顧客と一緒に設計する「導入支援コンサルティングサービス」の提供

In particular, in response to the recent trend of work style reforms, there is a strong need for our products that can reduce work hours and increase sales by improving work efficiency, and we are still receiving inquiries from various companies. In order to accelerate this growth in the future, the highest priority mission is to pursue higher system performance and stability and strengthen the infrastructure. Therefore, in this position, we are looking for an infrastructure specialist who can lead a series of tasks such as building cloud environments such as AWS, selecting various infrastructure services, load balancing, and building redundant configurations. Of course, depending on your career plan, you may be able to play a management role in the future, and proactively make proposals to development members not only from your own department but also from the perspective of infrastructure engineers. It is also possible to actively engage in software development.
