Job Description

The department that oversees the company’s development department will be responsible for the planning and construction of system strategies and the promotion of designer support projects through system design.

 We are working on product development process reform for planning, design, prototyping and manufacturing in product development. 

1. Business analysis and definition of new business process .
2. Introduction of various methods and systems for improving design quality.

2. Those who can take charge of development process reform in the field of manufacturing consulting

The company is currently developing large tractors and , Focusing on new global challenges such as expanding the lineup of small construction equipment for North America and expanding into undeveloped areas. Under the circumstances where business expansion is accelerating, we aim to further improve efficiency and optimize development processes through business analysis for each development phase.

1. Design process reform project: Realize design efficiency by utilizing IT 
2. Reconstruction of System: Resolve the current  system (the company’s original IoT system) Organize and manage various data such as automatic running / nurturing information management of agricultural machines, and promote the transition to a system utilizing the cloud 
3. Concurrent promotion: 3D data created by the engineering department (design department) downstream Implementation of usage promotion activities for full use in manufacturing processes (production, procurement, services, etc.)
4. Information sharing system construction: System construction that enables global information sharing

The company can be broadly divided into the machinery sector that produces agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, etc.), engines, and construction machinery, and the water environment sector, which produces and constructs iron pipes, pumps, valves, and environmental plants. Hiring requirements

[Required requirements] 
1. TOEIC 500 points or more In addition to the above requirements, those who have either 2, 3 years experience. 

2. Designer: Product design / development experience in the manufacturing industry, design work in the engineering department Experience in improving efficiency and strengthening cooperation between engineering departments and other departments (procurement / manufacturing, etc.) .
3. Consulting: System vendors and consulting companies have the themes of “development of development time” and “quality improvement” for the manufacturing industry Consulting experience.

1. General knowledge about manufacturing system (BOM, production management, manufacturing system) and IT 
 (any field / area is required if you have any of the above experiences)

overtime work

There monthly average of about 20 hours.


Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 4.5 million to 8.5 million yen (including overtime and various allowances) 
* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience, annual income of previous work, age, etc. 

 
Graduate graduate (master): monthly salary of 237,000 yen / university graduate: monthly salary of 217,000 yen * April 2017 results 

 
27 years old: 539.2 million yen (one dependent, with housing allowance) If, overtime except a)
