Job Description

As an in-house service development engineer, I will be responsible for the development of the newly developed DMP system “Minerva”.

A newly developed DMP (Data Management Platform) system built with advanced infrastructure technology. There are three main functions: accumulation, aggregation, and management.

The purpose is to instantly analyze a large amount of site visit data sent in real time and link user behavior history and attribute information to ad-tech services.

The accumulation function has been developed mainly in the Java language and has been in operation since January this year.

The purpose is to centrally manage all information as DMP by assigning attribute information held by various internal and external systems in real time to requests for site visits exceeding thousands or tens of thousands per second.

By gathering and combining the user attributes of many systems into the same service, it becomes possible to know user preferences and trends that could not be found in a single system.

・ Ingenuity and algorithm to return a response within 50ms

・ Technology and architecture to stably handle a large number of transactions

・ Container-based system construction and operation using Kubernetes

・ High load ・High-traffic service development capability

・ Knowledge of mass data analysis using BigQuery and KVS 

・ Knowledge of in-memory data grid that realizes low latency 

・ Knowledge of continuous integration using GitHub and CircleCI.

・ Others, Ruby on Rails , JavaScript, Shell Script, etc.Development and operation knowledge using containers such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements:

1. Java development experience 3 years or more.

2. RDBMS development experience 3 years or more.

3. Linux development experience 1 year or more.

・ Architecture design, performance tuning skills and practical experience.

・ Development and operation experience of high-load, high-traffic services.

・ Ad technology knowledge. 

・ Development experience. 

・ Development experience with Ruby on Rails.

・ Practical experience with HTML and JavaScript. 

・Development experience with version management tools such as Git and GitHub.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 4 million yen ~

* Determined based on experience and ability.

* Only 40 hours per month, with overtime (after 40 hours / month, pay extra wages in accordance with the Labor Standards Act as expected overtime allowance)

4 times a year (quarterly evaluation based on target management is reflected in salary) , Bonus twice a year, commuting allowance (monthly upper limit 50,000 yen).
