Job Description

You will be entrusted with consulting sales for “promoting women’s active participation and work style reform” and “balance between work and nursing care,” which will play a major role in future corporate management. 

(Many large to medium-sized companies have a sense of challenges in this field and have their needs.) 

◆ Proposal content: Consulting and actual conditions for balancing childcare / nursing care and work as specific measures to improve management performance by promoting diversity We propose solutions for the issues facing companies through research and proposals for various programs (e-learning, training, handbook, etc.). 

◆ Proposal: Company (centered on major companies), diversity promotion 

◆ Approach method: Inquiries from seminars and media exposure, telephone follow-up, introduction, etc


Hiring requirements

■ Experience in one of the following (3 years or more) 

1) Corporate sales experience of intangible products 

2) Sales experience for HR / Management Planning Department and government offices regardless of intangible or tangible.

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

* Considering experience and ability, preferential treatment according to regulations , salary revision evaluation 4 times a year , bonus (approx. 1.5 months x 4 times if hired by section manager or above; approx. 1 month x 4 if hired by section manager or below) Times)
