Job Description

Since there is no HR full-time staff, first of all, we will leave new graduates and mid-career hires. In addition, since we are considering mid-term changes in employee education design and personnel evaluation systems that have not been fixed, we will also start them.

  • New graduates mid-career employee training design of planning and education program, created in-house or outsourcing destination of choice and employees Construction of follow-up system. 
  • Evaluation system design.

Hiring requirements


Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

New graduates, those who have experience in charge of mid-career recruitment (10 new graduates, more than 10 mid-career employees, experience hired annually) there is the experience people.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Raise: Once a year. 

Bonus: Twice a year (last year results: 3 months).

Selection process
