Job Description

・ Development and promotion of manufacturing policies and measures to the department in charge .

・ Development guidance for department members, formulation of personnel plans 

・ QCD (quality / cost / delivery) problems in the area in charge and measures for solving problems 

Progress management and site improvement for planning and execution / achievement of production plan , occupational safety and health, quality, environmental management system operation, maintenance management, etc.

Hiring requirements


-Manufacturing site management experience related to machinery / electricity (including management of part-time employees) 


-Experience in FA industry (or industry related to cars and car parts) 

– Work experience using English and Chinese (Reference: TOEIC 650 or more)
