Job Description

The main job of the coordinator is to plan and propose our service [production site improvement consulting] to the manufacturing industry managers, and to obtain a contract.

・ The development target is a manufacturing company owned by various production factories. 

・ Proposal destinations are managers and factory managers, so appropriate sales skills are required. 

Specifically, you must attend a monthly management seminar. We will propose a free factory diagnosis based on the continual approach to the company and the company approach based on the company information collected so far. 

We will work with consultants when conducting free factory diagnosis. And it is the work that leads from the presentation of the factory diagnosis to the consulting contract. 

・ Before planning proposals, we will make proposals after consulting with management and executives through planning and management of top management seminars and company visits, and confirming management issues facing companies. The key is to build trust between managers and executives.

Hiring requirements

Education unquestioned for more than three years of corporate sales experience required (regardless of industry) new business development sales experience a plus manufacturing industry experience a plus basic PC skills (Word, Excel, e-mail, PowerPoint) 

※ especially to the top management layer Persons with sales approach experience are active after joining the company.
