Job Description

We will design the business so that the sales members of the business unit can smoothly conduct sales activities, and strengthen the management system within the business unit. We will leave everything from on-site management to communication with the management department.

Hiring requirements

Business design * experience 
* Business structuring, business flow construction, etc. 

1. Experience in both sales and back office 
2. Experience in internal control business 
3. Experience in risk control business in divisions

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Expected annual income: 5 million yen to 6.5 million yen 
* Preferential treatment according to regulations after considering experience and ability. 
* Annual salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay per month (extra portion is paid separately), annual salary system (payment in 12 divisions), salary increase twice (April / October), promotion (as needed), transportation expenses Full payment  For an annual income of 4.2 million yen: 91,000 yen for 45 hours of fixed overtime fee For an annual income of 4.8 million yen: 104,000 yen for 45 hours of fixed overtime month
