Job Description

As a sales representative, you will be offered to the company’s human resources and recruitment departments with services such as recruitment management systems and aptitude tests.

3. We will acquire new customers and follow up with existing customers regarding sales methods and processes .

・ Approach to new companies 

The marketing team is responsible for acquiring new leads, and the inside sales team is responsible for setting up business negotiations. Business negotiations are mainly online.

Introduction support

Implementation support for companies that use the company’s services. Implementation support will be provided on a tripod with the Customer Success Department.

[Required requirements]

Those who meet all of the following requirements:

1. Over 2 years of sales experience (regardless of corporate / individual)

 2. Basic PC operation skills (Windows or Mac is acceptable)

3. Editing using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skills for creating materials


1. Sales experience in the human resources / HR industry

2. Sales experience in the IT industry (SaaS product sales are preferable)

3. Experience in achieving some goal

4. Success pattern Experience of making and acting on its own


Expected annual income: 3.63 million to 6 million yen

* The annual salary includes an estimated overtime allowance of 30 hours per month.

* Breakdown of annual income: Monthly salary divided into 12 equal parts + Incentive

annual salary system, salary increase: twice a year, bonus: incentive (incentive system according to business results), commuting allowance (upper monthly 30,000 yen)


Fully equipped with social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance), body maintenance (6,000 yen / month, applicable conditions)
