Job Description

■ Business Overview 

You will be responsible for a wide range of general affairs. 

Business details 

Specifically, internal events related to employee trips and New Year’s parties, public relations such as official web pages and internal newsletters, facilities related to furniture and office management, general affairs related to consumables and stationery management, etc. As general affairs, I will leave a wide range of work. 

In addition, as a secretary for the president, you will be able to handle visitor services, telephone support, representative schedule management, adjustment, management and organization of in-house circulation documents, seasonal gifts such as year-end gifts, mid-year gifts, Valentine’s Day, etc.

Hiring requirements


・ Can perform basic operations of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook etc.) 

・ Those who have business skills as members of society 

・ Those who have experience in general affairs for more than 3 years 

・ Communication skills how better can-polite and dense thinking person who can promote and things themselves willing lighter in positive thinking.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

* Salary revision timing based on previous work and experience : 4 times a year Bonus: 2 times a year (June, December).
