Job Description

[General mid-career recruitment operations] 

・ Recruitment strategy planning 

・ Internal communication 

・ External negotiations 

・ Interviews 

・ New partner development etc. 

[New graduate recruitment operations] 

・ Planning and implementation of recruitment plans 

・Analysis and selection of recruitment media 

・ Recruitment manuscripts and human resources Scout email text creation / correction /internship, company briefing session / management , recruitment activities through school visits / applicant interviews , recruitment interviews / coordination with assigned department staff / follow-ups of candidates.

Essential items: 

・Those who have more than 2 years of employment experience at a business company ・ Persons who can make a good impression inside and outside the company and who have smooth communication skills 

・Welcome to those who are full of hospitality and good at building relationships : 

・ Consultant hiring experience (or former consultant) 

・ Engineer hiring experience (or former engineer)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

[Upper limit] 

Monthly salary: 750,000 yen 

Basic salary: 556,701 yen 

Overtime fee: 193,299 yen 

[Lower limit] 

Monthly salary: 500,000 yen 

Basic salary: 371,134 yen 

Overtime fee: 128,866 yen 

* We will give preferential treatment considering experience and skills 

* Divided into 12 divisions 

* For fixed overtime, 45 hours / month will be paid. 

[Raise] Once a year (April) [Bonus] Twice a year (July / December)


Annual salary increase (April) Full social insurance, full transportation expenses (up to 30,000 yen per month) Incentive bonus (Individual performance / company performance).
