Job Description
■ Outline: The company, which provides services that efficiently activate the encounter between individuals and work through various media such as the Internet and mobile, is in charge of the following operations as an in-house system operations engineer. 

This recruitment is for chief and manager positions. In addition to expertise, flexibility, strong leadership, and communication skills are required. The assigned department is currently composed of 11 full-time employees and 8 non-regular employees. 

■ Details of work contents: * Figures in parentheses are the ratio of the whole work. 

1) Planning and operation for internal system operation (50%) 

Planning and operation of system operation rules / Planning, planning and operation of security measures / Planning, planning and operation for improving client PC environment

2) Help desk Management (40%) 

Help desk member business management (training of team members) / introduction of PCs and peripherals, asset management / necessary software installation, operation, license management / policy planning for improving service level / Active Directory Account management by

3) Other business (10%) 

Operational support for internal business systems and external cloud services (GoogleApps, Office365, etc.) for internal use and vendor control / operational smartphone (iphone) application operation / management / server, network operation business support

Hiring requirements

■ Required: All of the following are mandatory 

・ Help desk experience 3 years or more (It is desirable to have support work experience in the company’s in-house system department, but experience of customer resident is also possible. Familiarity with Win OS and Office products) 

・ Server (Windows, Linux) operation management more than 3 years (AD practice, familiarity with batch and VBS, CentOS construction and operation management) 

・ Those who have some management experience (not only schedule management and attendance management, but also business management I would like someone who has experience and can send appropriate directions to members. 

■ Welcome conditions: 

・ NW operation, maintenance, support more than 2 years (CCNA or higher qualifications 

・ MS, Linux vendor qualifications (MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, LPIC)-Experienced in 

transitioning to new versions of Windows OS and Office products for large numbers of devices.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary 4,015,176 yen-6,028,800 yen 

Monthly salary: 334,598 yen to 502,400 yen 

* Fixed overtime charges 68,198 yen to 102,400 yen (including only 30 hours for regular employees) 

* Overtime charges will be paid separately for the above overtime hours. 

* Managers are not paid fixed overtime fees. 

* Scheduled annual income is a guideline amount and may go up and down through selection. 

* Bonus twice a year (June, December).
