Job Description

In the Legal Group, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including contract review and creation, stock administration, and intellectual property management in each business area.

1. Review / create contracts, create terms of use, legal counseling 

2. Create new business , legal counsel for business alliances 

3. M & A related business 

4. Stock management , the shareholders’ meeting management 

5. compliance General business (in-house training, establishment and revision of regulations, individual  information management)

7. trademark and management of intellectual property rights such as patents

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who satisfy all of the following : 

1. More than 3 years of corporate legal experience 

2. Employment experience or strong interest in the IT industry 


Legal work experience or strong interest in M & A and corporate reorganization

Treatment conditions and salary bonus

Expected annual income: 5 million yen to 7 million yen 

* Determined according to company regulations, taking into account hopes and experiences. 

Twice a year, commuting allowance (upper month 50,000 yen) 

[Salary example] 

– The salary includes the following fixed overtime fee. 

– Annual salary of 5 million yen: monthly salary of 387,500 yen / fixed overtime fee for 45 hours of 100,800 yen 

– Annual salary of 7 million yen: monthly salary of 536,700 yen / fixed hourly overtime fee of 30 hours of 101,900 yen 

[Regarding fixed overtime hours] 

– Annual income of 6 million yen Less than: Work style / regular system, unpaid overtime / 45 hours (excess portion is paid) 

– Annual income 6 million yen or more: Work style / planned discretionary labor system, unpaid overtime / 30 hours


Various social insurances (health, employment, work-related accidents, employee pension), Kanto IT Software Health Insurance Association, housing allowance (monthly payment of 30,000 yen within 2.5 km)
