Job Description

[Details of business] 

Domestic and overseas contract legal (contract creation / examination / negotiation). 

Group company legal including overseas subsidiaries, global compliance promotion, M & A, business alliances, new business. 

Gathering information on legal support and legal revisions related to management strategies, etc., drafting and implementing counter measures, corporate-related operations such as general meeting of shareholders / Board of Directors, disputes, and dispute resolution.

Hiring requirements

・ Those who have experience in international legal affairs such as preparation / examination of English contracts.

・Those who have English ability (negotiable with foreign lawyers or who have communication experience with foreign staff). 

・Persons with experience in overseas assignments or overseas affiliated company management, lawyer qualifications (Japan / US / others), etc.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Flextime system. 

Standard working hours 10:00 to 19:00. 

Core time 11:00 to 16:00. 

Fixed monthly overtime equivalent to 25 hours per month 82,000 yen (annual income 6 million yen) to 136,000 yen (annual income 10 million) Yen) is included in the salary. 

* The extra portion is paid separately and raised once a year (July), bonus once a year (August / Profit linkage).
