Job Description

As a marketing manager, you will be entrusted with all aspects of BtoB marketing centered on lead acquisition. Whether you are online or offline, you will be able to handle a wide range of all marketing operations. 

[Position] Since you will join the company as the first marketer of the company, you will be expected to have effective input to the business and build a marketing system that does not depend on individuals.

1. Ad Operations business 

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / SEM (search engine marketing) started, do the advertising operations of display advertising, social advertising and ad networks. 

2. Introduction of MA (Marketing Automation) Tool 

3. Launch of Owned Media

■ OKR 

・ Under 30 days, we will grasp the overall marketing situation and become a marketing team Develop an annual marketing plan that includes deliverables, schedules, and action plans. The marketing plan will be updated quarterly, taking into account progress. 

・ After the second month, execute and operate the marketing plan to build a system that can stably achieve the lead acquisition required by the business plan. 

・ Provide resources necessary to realize the marketing plan (recruitment or selection of suppliers) and build a marketing team from scratch. 

・ Investigate the latest cases of B2B marketing in Japan and overseas within 3 months, and announce to internal sales team. 

・ Investigate related overseas SalesTech services within 3 months and announce the latest examples of what services are provided in the preceding overseas markets to all employees in the company. 

・ Learn at least one type of marketing method that is unfamiliar with previous careers to a level where you can move your hands as a player at least once a year.

Hiring requirements

[Mandatory requirements] 

Those who meet all of the following requirements: 

1. Wide knowledge of BtoB marketing 

2. Operational experience of Web advertisement 

3. Various subcontract management ability 

4. Knowledge and experience in launching and operating owned media.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 6 million yen to 12 million yen 

Monthly salary: 500,000 yen to 1,000,000 yen 

* Determined according to skills, experience, and abilities. 

* The monthly salary includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance (127,119 yen to 254,238 yen) and 20 hours of fixed late night allowance (11,300 yen to 22,599 yen). 

* Additional wages for overtime work over 45 hours and late-night work over 20 hours are additionally paid annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly) and all transportation expenses are paid.
