・ Definition of recruitment requirements for each department recruitment position. 

・ Development of recruitment plan. 

・ Each recruitment channel General population formation (agents, direct recruiting, referrals, etc.)., recruiting process      management and improvement (population formation-document selection-interview-offer-acceptance process),  long-term with potential human resources A strong relationship (use of social gathering, social networking, etc.), design of a communication plan from selection start to hiring decision.

-Existing employees / Follow-up of the new employees work on building a framework and human resources development planning / operation of the in-house system eview / planning / operations and personnel system.
