Job Description

As a comprehensive insurance agent, we have 15 years of experience with various insurance companies, agents and financial institutions. 

Most recently, BPO business, WEB marketing business, human resources introduction / worker dispatch business, financial services business, group management of 5 companies, hiring members, section managers, business managers, officers, etc.

As hiring manager, I will leave a wide range of hiring-related work and planning work. 


・ Planning and planning of recruitment plans 

・ Project management 

・ Operation flow design 

・ Coordination with each department 

・ Population formation using each channel 

・ Planning, operation , etc. of recruitment events and exchange meetings , etc. 

We perform problem solving work . 

This department consists only of hiring professionals such as former recruiters, sales of former job advertisements and recruitment.

Hiring requirements

One of the following is required: 

1. Those who have been successful as recruiters 

2. Those who have been in charge of sales and internal work, eg RA / CA in the human resources industry

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Monthly salary ¥ 250,000-¥ 600,000 + incentives 

* The above includes fixed overtime charges for 45 hours a month (¥ 75,300-) Additional payment is added. 

* The monthly salary of 250,000 yen is the minimum guaranteed amount. We will give preferential treatment in consideration of experience, age, ability, etc.
