Job Description

Responsible for sales of the company’s personnel / recruitment system and HITO-Link service. 

Our mission is to propose and close sales created by inside sales.

2. Product HITO-Link service 

<Service features> 

1) HITO-Link recruiting (recruitment management system) 

service that can realize hiring strategies for new graduates and mid-career hires. Specifically, the system allows candidates to apply, schedule interviews, manage selection results, and manage KPIs. The application programming interface (API) is linked to various services such as Google Calendar, Outlook, SmartHR. 

2) HITO-Link Performance (Human Resources / Goals / Evaluation Management System) 

This is a service that incorporates the goal management framework called OKR. The purpose is to improve. 

It has functions such as employee goal management, daily work progress management, FB from supervisors, personnel evaluation, etc., and it is also a service that sticks to UIUX. 

3. Sales method / process 

You will be responsible for the main product (performance or recruiting).

1) We will conduct interviews by utilizing our business organization and hearing capabilities in order to make use of the services in the business process of interview adoption and goal / evaluation through web negotiations or visits .

Hiring requirements

Those who meet one of the following experiences: 

Persons with corporate sales experience in the IT industry (2 years or more) 

Persons with corporate sales experience in human resource introduction (2 years or more)

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

base salary: 230,000 yen to 400,000 yen 

<overtime time 30 hours assumed at the time>

base salary: 284,000 yen – 493,800 yen
