Job Description

As a sales representative of the company, we conduct sales activities for industrial machinery to manufacturers and research institutions. 

1. About customers 

Manufacturers of automobiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors are customers. 

2. For products and materials 

industrial machines that handle the company will be the merchandise. 

After joining the company, we will start with sales of industrial pumps handled by the company.

3. Sales methods 

We will make proposals for new lines and proposals for new products for companies that already have transactions. 

We also participate in exhibitions and seminars and introduce our products to interested customers. 

* We will also conduct new business development, but basically we will do business for customers who already have some kind of business. 

4. Other supplementary matters 

After joining the company, you will have an OJT period to acquire product knowledge.

Hiring requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements 

1 Those who have a business sense with at least one year of corporate sales experience or one year of engineer experience 

2. Those who have an ordinary automobile license (AT limited)

There is a monthly average of about 10 hours

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Annual salary increase, bonus last year 4.2 months (sales positions) 

[Regarding full-time employees] 

* Assumes internal designation “quasi-regular employees (term employment) /“ full-time employees ”. 

★ Scheduled to become a full-time employee after the expiration of the 6-month contract period. 

* In sales positions, all employees have become full-time employees six months later in the last three years.

Selection process

– [Primary Interview] Interview with Kyushu Sales Office Manager 

– [Final Interview] Interview with President, General Manager, Human Resources Division 

* Final interview will be conducted at the Ota Ward office (JMC Building) where the Tokyo branch is located (transportation expenses will be paid, but the capital will be provided) (Excluding residents in the area.) 

* The above selection flow is subject to change.


Annual holiday 126 days, two days a week (Saturday, Sunday), holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays (6 consecutive days including weekends and holidays), paid leave
