Job Description

As a customer success of “wakumo”, a new business of the company, we will send work information to promote usage. 


This is a part-time job matching platform for the purpose of creating many jobs with the aim of improving the Japanese workforce. New service launched in 2019.

1. Distribute work information to promote usage 

2. Respond to inquiries from users 

Perform general business for customer success. Let us start with simple tasks, and expand the range of tasks according to your needs. 


 An important part of the part-time job matching platform is the utilization of part-time job seekers. 

Therefore, “Customer Success” that promotes the use of part-time job seekers is an important part of service success.

Hiring requirements

1. Experience in customer success 

2. Coordinator experience in temporary staffing

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Salary increase: Twice a year (April / October) 

Promotion: Anytime- 

Up to 50,000 yen per month for transportation expenses
