【ポジション】【wakumo】新規事業！アルバイトマッチングプラットフォームのカスタマーサクセス【配属部署】7名体制でスタートし、「0→1」を経験できるスタートアップのような環境です。
同社の新規事業である「wakumo」のカスタマーサクセスとして、利用促進のための仕事情報の発信などを行います。

カスタマーサクセスのための業務全般を行います。まずは簡単な業務からお任せし、適正に応じて業務の幅を広げていただきます。

アルバイトマッチングプラットフォームで重要なのが、アルバイト求職者に活用していただくことです。
そのため、アルバイト求職者に利用を促進する「カスタマーサクセス」がサービス成功の重要な存在になります。

As a customer success of “wakumo”, a new business of the company, we will send work information to promote usage.
<Wakumo>
This is a part-time job matching platform for the purpose of creating many jobs with the aim of improving the Japanese workforce. New service launched in 2019.

1. Distribute work information to promote usage
2. Respond to inquiries from users
Perform general business for customer success. Let us start with simple tasks, and expand the range of tasks according to your needs.
[Mission]
An important part of the part-time job matching platform is the utilization of part-time job seekers.
Therefore, “Customer Success” that promotes the use of part-time job seekers is an important part of service success.

Hiring requirements
