【鹿島】安全担当者

工業窯炉の築炉工事や環境整備事業における、安全担当者として、下記の業務をご担当いただきます。

・現場パトロール（改善箇所の指摘と指導、パトロール記録まとめ、自主パトロール実施）
・労働衛生交通委員会、安全衛生関連資料の作成、定例ミーティング出席
・その他付随する業務

※約15箇所の職場の安全サポートを6名の安全担当者でバックアップしております。

■築炉工事における耐火物とは
1,000℃以上に達する工業炉の内部や、溶けた銑鉄が流れ出る「樋（とい）」の内側を、損傷や侵食から守るもの。それが耐火物です。耐火物の施工には厳密な基準があり、わずかな誤差も許されない高度な築炉技術が求められます。こうした技術を持つスペシャリストが、工業炉や鉄鋼設備の性能を十分に引き出し、その寿命を長く保つうえで、重要な役割を果たしています。

3. ジャイアントバックの設計・製作
4. ジャイアントバック車による環境整備作業
5. 脱臭設備装置の設計・製作

安全または衛生関係の業務を１年以上経験された方もしくは、作業リーダーとしての経験が２年以上ある方

Job Description

You will be responsible for the following operations as a safety officer in the construction of industrial kilns and environmental maintenance projects. 

– On-site patrol (points and guidance for improvement, patrol record summary, voluntary patrol implementation.) 

– Occupational health and transportation committee, preparation of safety and health related materials, attending regular meetings. 

– Other incidental work. 

* About 15 workplace safety support Is backed up by six safety personnel. 

 Refractories in the construction of furnaces are those that protect the inside of an industrial furnace that reaches 1,000 ° C or higher, and the inside of the “I” where molten pig iron flows from damage and erosion. That is refractory. There is a strict standard for the construction of refractories, and advanced furnace technology that does not allow slight errors is required. Specialists with these technologies play an important role in drawing out the performance of industrial furnaces and steel facilities and maintaining their longevity.

Hiring requirements

Persons who have experience in safety or health related work for more than one year or who have experience as work leaders for more than two years.

■ Annual income details The above annual income is a guide only and may vary depending on age and experience.
