会員登録数300万人超の日本最大級の転職サービス「doda」を展開する事業部です。
日本全国に営業拠点を構えているため、数多くの法人接点も活用してサービス・プロダクトの開発ができ、社会に対して影響度の高いビジネスが行えます。
現在のビジネス開発組織は、10人にも満たない小規模な組織です。任せる意思決定範囲や裁量は大きく、新たなことにチャレンジができる組織です。
開発体制や組織はこれから整備しながら拡充をしていくため、社内ベンチャーのような雰囲気です。

同社の転職支援サービス「doda」の法人向けプロダクトやサービスの企画をご担当いただきます。

【ミッション】
同サービスの売上、採用決定という法人顧客への成果を最大化すること

【具体的な業務】
1. 事業環境・競合分析
2. 中長期プロダクト戦略立案
3. 価格戦略・機能企画
4. 企画を実現するためのデータ作成
5. 提案書の策定
6. 各関係部門とのディスカッションや調整
7. 開発メンバーとの進行管理
8. 販促戦略の立案（価格設計を含む）
9. 売上計画
10. 各種KPI設計 など

【事業内容】
人材ソリューション事業を軸に大きく5つの事業を展開しています。

1. 主力製品・サービス（ /service/#/all ）
　働く人にさまざまな成長の場や機会を提供するとともに、組織成長に貢献する幅広いサービスを提供しています。

　1）メディア事業
　　主力のアルバイト・パート領域に加え、正社員・派遣の一部を含めた求人メディアの運営
　2）キャリア事業
　「人材紹介サービス」「転職サイトサービス」が一体となった 正社員採用支援サービスを提供
　3）派遣事業
　　顧客企業に対する外部人材リソースの有効活用の企画、提案、サポート
　4）アウトソーシング事業
　　IT、バックオフィス、セールス領域に関する業務を一括してお預かりし、業務課題解決に向けたサービスを提供
　5）雇用開発事業
　「障がい者雇用支援事業」「官公庁事業」「新卒事業」など社会的な雇用課題の解決に必要な提案や採用支援

　顧客からの初期費用、成功報酬型と提案する商材・サービスによって異なります

そのために、新たなプロダクトやサービスを企画し、ビジネスをよりグロースさせることができる人材を求めています。

【必須要件】
無形商材の商品企画経験1年以上（経験企業の規模は不問）

【尚可】
・HR業界での商品、サービス企画の経験
・Webサービスでの商品、サービス企画の経験
・事業企画や新規事業の立上げの経験

【待遇条件・昇給賞与】
想定年収：480万円～870万円
※メンバーの場合：上記年収は月40時間分の残業手当支給を想定した金額です。
※残業代は別途全額支給（管理職の場合は裁量労働制）

昇給・昇格・賞与年2回（予定）

Job Description

You will be responsible for planning corporate products and services for the company’s job change support service “doda”. 

[Mission] 

Maximize the outcomes for corporate customers, such as sales and adoption decisions for this service 

[Specific operations] 

1. Business environment / competition analysis 

2. Medium- to long-term product strategy planning 

3. Price strategy / functional planning 

4. Data creation to realize planning 

5. Formulation of proposals 

6. Discussions and coordination with each related department 

7. Progress management with development members 

8. Planning of sales promotion strategy (including price design) 

9. Sales plan 

10. Various KPI designs, etc.

Ability to plan, adjust and act in a wide range of fields is required.

Hiring requirements

[Required] 

Product planning experience for intangible products over 1 year (experienced company size is not required ) [Yes]-Product in HR industry, service planning experience , Web service product, service planning experience / business Experience in planning and launching new businesses.

Treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.8 million yen to 8.7 million yen 

* For members: The above annual income is an amount that assumes an overtime allowance of     40 hours per month. 

* Overtime pay is paid separately (discretionary labor for managers) salary increase, promotion, bonus twice a year (planned).
