【ポジション】
【コンフィデンシャル】UIUXデザイナー

販売の主力チャネルであるEコマース事業の拡大に伴い、UIUXデザイナーとして、自社ECサイト（https://etvos.com/shop/default.aspx ）における既存顧客のリテンション施策全般を担当していただきます。

【具体的な業務】​
1. UI/UXデザイン
マルチデバイス（PC・SP：パソコン・スマートフォンサイト）のUI/UXデザインを行います。
2. 設計・レイアウト調整
社内外からのフィードバックをもとに設計・レイアウト調整を行います。
3. デザインプロジェクトの推進
他部署と協力し、品質管理を行いながらデザインプロジェクトを積極的に進めます。
4. 既存ユーザーインターフェースデザインの最適化
5. デザインアイディアの構築
絵コンテ、プロセスフローチャート、サイトマップを使ってデザインアイディアを構築します。

【必須要件】
下記すべてを満たす方
1. UX/UIデザイン経験1～3年
2. Adobe Creative Suite、SketchやMacの知識
3.モバイルデザインの知識（ iOSやAndroidなど）
4. さまざまなUX/UI開発経験とWebデザイン経験（ワイヤーフレーム、モックアップ、プロトタイプなど）
5. UX/UIデザインスキルがわかるポートフォリオ

【尚可】
1. EC業界での就業経験
2. Webログ解析のスキル
3. 仮説を立てての検証経験
顧客のニーズや導線を想定し、仮説に基づいて制作したWebサイトの構造やレイアウトが、顧客の使い方や動線にマッチしているかを仮説を立てて検証している方

想定年収：400万～800万円

Job Description

You will be responsible for planning corporate products and services for the company’s job change support service “doda”. 

[Mission] 

Maximize the outcomes for corporate customers, such as sales and adoption decisions for this service .

[Specific operations] 

1. Business environment / competition analysis 

2. Medium- to long-term product strategy planning 

3. Price strategy / functional planning 

4. Data creation to realize planning 

5. Formulation of proposals 

6. Discussions and coordination with each related department 

7. Progress management with development members 

8. Planning of sales promotion strategy (including price design) 

9. Sales plan 

10. Various KPI designs, etc.

Ability to plan, adjust and act in a wide range of fields is required.

Hiring requirements

Required] 

Product planning experience for intangible products over 1 year (experienced company size is not required ) [Yes]-Product in HR industry, service planning experience , Web service product, service planning experience / business Experience in planning and launching new businesses.

treatment conditions / sales bonus

Estimated annual income: 4.8 million yen to 8.7 million yen 

* For members: The above annual income is an amount that assumes an overtime allowance of 40 hours per month. 

* Overtime pay is paid separately (discretionary labor for managers) salary increase, promotion, bonus twice a year (planned)
