※試用期間含む最短6ヶ月間は上記のプレイヤー業務をご経験いただきます。
リーダー登用を前提にご入社いただきますが、
入社後最短6ヶ月後に個人業績に応じて評価し、
リーダー登用もしくはプレイヤーとしてご勤務いただくかを決定いたします。

リーダー登用後はプレイヤー同様営業活動を行いながら、
ご自身を含めて最大5名のチーム運営およびメンバーマネジメント・教育をお任せします。

営業戦略立案や営業企画等にも携わり、部署横断的にご活躍いただけます。
業績に応じて、積極的にマネジャー登用も検討します。

【募集背景】
事業を拡大していくうえで、メンバーをまとめられるリーダーの増員で募集です。
現在は全国に8事業所を展開しておりますが、2020年を目途に広島、札幌と新規事業所の立ち上げも視野に入れています。場合によっては新規事業所の立ち上げをお願いさせていただく可能性もございます。

必須条件
・大卒以上
・営業もしくは販売職経験3年以上（商材問わない）
・マネジメント経験（人数不問）

Job Description

Career consulting for nurses, caregivers and childcare workers who wish to change jobs, and recruitment consulting for medical institutions, nursing care facilities, and nurseries that suffer from lack of human resources. 

[Specifically] 

■ Dealing with Job Seekers , Registration Interviews, Career Counseling, Introduction of Job Opportunities, Interview Support, Follow-up with Accompanying / Careers 

■ Correspondence to Corporate Customers / Development of New Job Opportunities / Job Vouchers It is a job with high social contribution that seeks to solve social problems in employment by creating job opportunities, introducing job seekers, and adopting advice on employment methods .

* Experience the above player operations for a minimum of 6 months including the trial period. 

You will join the company on the assumption that you will be a leader, but at least 6 months after joining the company, you will be evaluated according to your personal performance and will decide whether you will be a leader or a player. 

After hiring a leader, you will be responsible for team management and member management / education of up to five people, including yourself, while conducting sales activities like players . 

He is also involved in sales strategy planning and sales planning, and can be used across departments. 

We will also consider hiring managers according to business performance.

Hiring requirements

Necessary conditions

・ Sales or sales experience more than 3 years (regardless of product)

Fixed overtime 

– pay basic salary: 246,000 yen to 246,000 yen 

– Fixed overtime pay: 63,000 yen to 63,000 yen
