【ポジション】ロジスティックス 【配属部署】6名
メンバー(30代~40代)
【業務内容】
1. 体外診断用医薬品、研究用試薬等の輸入供給元への発注業務、それに伴う英文コレスポンデンス。
2. 適正在庫維持の製品仕入れおよび発注予測、海外からの出荷調整、情報入手。
3. 製品輸入時における書類照合、差異の確認。通関業者への納入、通関指示。
4. 工場の入出荷に関する適切な在庫管理、廃棄指示。
5. 不良品に対する代替品入荷管理。
6. ロジスティックス課のスタッフ管理。
7. 半期毎の製品出荷スケジュール、有効期限表の作成管理。
8. 製品クレーム、問合わせ等、海外サプライヤーへの連絡
9. 自社製品キット化の指図指示。【事業内容】1.体外診断用医薬品及び医療用機器の輸入・製造・販売

・営業事務経験のある方、もしくは希望する方(貿易事務経験あれば尚可)。
・電話や顧客対応ご経験のある方。

・PC(Microsoft Officeの実務経験)
・輸出入に関する通関知識。
・国内ロジスティックスの知識。
・英語力(読み書き出来る程度。海外サプライヤーとの英語での交渉、コミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚可。)

Job Description
[Business description]
1. Ordering from imported suppliers of in-vitro diagnostic drugs, research reagents, etc., and corresponding English correspondence.
2. Procurement of products with proper inventory maintenance and order prediction, shipping adjustment from overseas, and information acquisition.
3. Document verification and difference check when importing products. Delivery to customs brokers, customs clearance instructions.
4. Appropriate inventory management and disposal instructions for factory shipments.
5. Management of replacement products for defective products.
6. Logistics section staff management.
7. Semi-annual product shipment schedule and creation of expiration date table.
8. Contacting overseas suppliers regarding product complaints, inquiries, etc.
9. Instructing instructions for in-house product kits.
Hiring requirements
[Educational background]
University graduates or above
[Experience / Knowledge]
・ Those who have experience in sales or who want to do business (experience in trade administration).
・ Those who have experience with telephone and customer service.
・ Those who have administrative capabilities. (People who have experience in using systems such as ordering, inventory management, etc.)
・ PC (Practical experience of Microsoft Office).
・ Customs knowledge about import and export.
・ Knowledge of domestic logistics.
・ English ability (to the extent that you can read and write. Necessary if you have negotiations and communication skills in English with overseas suppliers.)
