【ポジション】OA・個別システムヘルプデスク要員【配属部署】18名・お客様先のIT部署要員として、IT運用支援・ヘルプデスク対応をしています
※お客様は三井物産グループの関係会社になります。
担当制になっておりますが、一人で抱え込まず内容によっては社内エキスパートチームと相談しながら
チーム一丸となってお客様の課題を解決します。

三井物産グループの関連会社に対し、ITコンサルティング、個別システムの保守・運用、ASPサービスを行っています。【募集背景】募集枠1～2名
支援先からの要請に基づき増員【必須要件】
OAヘルプデスク、何らかの個別システムに対するAPヘルプデスクの業務経験をお持ちの方
【あれば尚可】
POSレジ、店舗システムサポート経験者

Job Description
・ As a member of the customer’s IT department, we provide IT operation support and help desk support.
* Customers are affiliated companies of the Mitsui & Co. Group. Although it is in charge, depending on the content, the team will work together to solve customer issues depending on the content .
Hiring requirements
[Mandatory requirements]
Persons who have work experience of OA help desk and AP help desk for any individual system
[Anything is better]
Experience in POS cash register and store system support.
